But it's been going up in increments since last year. Currently paying around £150
And we are helping her.
But now we won't have to dig as deep in our pockets as we would have had if no cap came in.
Is it crystal now ?

Clearly this Truss government hasn't will to make the big decisions, she claims it's bold, I see it as a weak choice.

Sadly, it was the only thing she could do.
It's corrupt, it's kicking the can down the road as usual. It's our tax money going to private corporations.
But IF you've just campaigned to be Leader by saying you are going to be even more Conservative than previous administrations. That you are going to be more hard line on wealth distribution, lowering taxes, especially for the rich the 'wealth builders'.
Then you can hardly apply a genuine windfall tax to some of your biggest donors. She didn't have that much support. It's a hell of a tightrope. I'm afraid the poor are just going to be more collateral damage. And I say that as someone that is probably going to benefit more in the short term.

The £130 billion that truss is borrowing on taxpayers credit to give to companies that are already making billions in profits from overcharging us...

EDF is majority owned by the French government.......strange how EDF is suing the Government for making itself sell energy cheaper than wholesale costs......
