The thing that gets me is, will almost in the same position as last year, only now we seem to have plenty of toilet roll .

We have an official decision. It is NO. Check the Angling Trust website. We will have to wait patiently for the new "season" to open.

It's not just the amount of people who die it's the amount of people who get so ill they need a hospital bed and the staff to look after them.
