Out of interest Noj, your a joiner and from what you say working on high end homes/projects, how comes you carried on working. Really not digging you out just curious
On a side note I work in the city and just after the original lockdown we had an email from our CEO telling us we were key workers, what a load of bull****. We had to work the whole way though lockdown too

I was doing site carpentry during lockdown. So considering my peers spend all day farting, burping and playing with their knobs I'm already adept at avoiding contaminated air and surfaces
I'm self employed, there was no guidance except we'll have our multiple layers of tax deductions from your earnings.
Maybe mal should show the kids with a chess board and rice how tax revenue is going to pay for the **** show we have seen?

I had to work all the way through lockdown too... No one gave me any money during this pandemic either & I did not claim a single penny Noj.
I am currently working seven days a week, 16 hours a day. Someone has to pay my bills so I can **** off to the sun again (and for those red Ralph shorts), and it's not the government.

Completely changing subject how busy are you at the moment?. I need 10 doors hanging before Christmas, should find out to day if my chippy can do it, if he cant would you be interested?

I think that one would just be tipping all the rice on the floor to make a big mess.... and then sweeping it under a carpet for someone else to deal with once I'm out of the place...

I realised earlier that I might not have even got pinged from my flight locator form... I also had my booster on Monday... I may have got pinged yesterday from that to be fair. I was logged into the NHS app to book in too so that's entirely possible.
On a brighter note my first two AZ vaccines mullered my arm and left me with other mild side effects. The Moderna booster I had on Monday has been sweet as a nut... No pain in my arm and zero side effects whatsoever.

I appreciate the offer mate, but I'd only be able to squeeze it in if they agreed to a 9 day week right now.
Duggs may be in your area but is probably twice my price
Apparently colds have dried up in London now, it's all covid.. wonderful
I do wonder, without testing etc. how are they going to enforce isolation on people?
Basically London will just be 100%infected people strolling about with all their negative contacts at home

Imagine if you'd been daft enough to vote for him eh?
The case numbers are alarming given that they'll likely double again by the weekend. Even with a less severe individual effect, the knock on in terms of isolating etc is going to be huge
