Totally agree mate swimming baits out is no easy task and bloody dangerous. Good angling really

As has been mentioned it's been happening for decades on the continent, probably because they also do a lot of what we call 'wind swimming' (stupid term).

The thing that gets me watching some of the Nash vids for eg...it's one thing swimming baits out in near gin clear waters, it's another in dirty water :-X...just stupid!

I'd be very wary of doing it on a regularly fished lake without taking a knife or scissors with me, Imagine getting a barbed size 2 on a shock leader, or a large treble on heavy braid in your toe joint...could be pretty hairy 😱

It could be a bad memory but im sure im right😂😂😂 a named angler on MKF water getting banned years ago for placing rigs and bait whilst swimming on a lilo. I think it was the Pan lake.
