Yes both ends were much more angular. I'm pretty sure that the early covers were either tan, or tan with green edges.
The adjustment wheel had pins rather than the teeth of the Fox beds.

There's a lot of companies out there who are doing well by copying ideas. If you do some research then they've invented very little. They are purely profit driven.

This is bad for the industry as ultimately it's a race to the bottom.

Fox certainly knows how to run a company numbers wise unlike some of the other big boys who shall remain nameless .

That's because Fox is owned by a US Private Equity group (that own several other fishing brands as well).
