I bought a SH 2 piece pole knowing it was jammed. I eventually got it apart, but pulled the spigot out of the butt section. I suspect the original owner had glued it and their glue was stronger than Trakkers.

Apparently, the TB have got some nifty grippers that do the job.

In fairness to everybody who sent a tip, the pieces seemed to have jammed together because of an air lock due to the design. It's never happened to me before. The TB chaps gave me a couple of ideas on how to prevent it in the future.
