If I lived in the Netherlands I'd consider it, but given the state of the roads here, certainly where I live, I wouldn't entertain the idea, and that's without considering all the idiot drivers!

Totally - forgot to mention everything here is cycle lane, cycle highways & smooth runways - plus cyclists have right of way over cars, buses, trams etc. across most of the city so a lot less aggro vs the UK
