Can you improve my 12's Jeff . . .? Rods are mint but rarely used as they've got such a small casting 'window' and require the timing of an F1 driver . . .

Don't worry about Alps reel seats I have literally built 1000s of rods with them on..and can honestly say I have not had a problem

If they were that bad no rod builder / rod manufacturer would go near them but loads offer them now ....also if they were as bad as there made out to be you no what social media is like there would be post after post with people complaining we all no people like a good moan 🤦‍♂️

You will be fine I talk regularly with other rod builders and Harrison ..freespirit so I'd know if there was a problem 🎣
