think its fair to say I have owned and used almost every stick going and I love the Harrison straight stick and is my favourite
BUT it has to be said its NOT !! a great range stick but for really great accuracy upto just over a hundred yards nothing comes close so easy to use and lovely tight pattern
for sheer distance 2 sticks stand out the Daiwa infinity and the Solar Sharpshooter stick
the Solar I have PROVED a few times to non believers about the incredible distances you can get with this but its a technique you have to learn takes time but when you get by god that thing powers out baits and distances you just cant get with any other stick

The century stick is really good for medium range. Being straight I found it easier to be more accurate, however I personally couldn't get the same range as with a longer curved stick.
You might do better than me, but I struggled with longer range unless the wind was helping. Great for not splitting baits though.

They're worth money just because of the brand. The only thing they're good for is baiting the margin 10 feet in front of you

The Solar Sharpshooter has a completely different way of using it
as it acts more like a fishing rod powering it once you realise that huge distances are easily obtained but like a lot of things there is a knack in doing it and it take practise I must admit it took me a while but suddenly it just clicked and boy does it shock people
some people get it quickly others give up and slag it it off others are just gobshytes that have never even owned one

Have to agree once you master the sharpshooter not seen a better stick . Harrison one is decent.

I missed out on getting the original Solar Sharpshooter but did get one of the Nash ones when they bought the rights to make it and yes you certainly can put a boilie a long way with them.
I'm pretty certain that Kerry B came up with the original concept?

The Daiwa is a delight to use -amazing bit of kit. Only the gulls will put a dampner on it!

Got an original Solar sharp shooter at home but over the years lost the two clips off it that hold the two carbon sticks together so I retired the old girl.
