Why have you employed someone who thinks net curtains are OK?
Kick his arse off site without pay, he should have insurance to cover your loss if he was any good.

Maybe consider less focus of getting things done before Christmas?
Maybe lessen your expectations, get the house useable for Christmas and get a proper finished job done in the new year?
Within reason there's nothing wrong in trying to meet targets but date wise they have to be achievable, no good setting yourself up for failure

It's achievable definitely. He's taking longer and he's on price so he's getting less and less. 12/15 days it says on my invoice he's on 20 now 😆 feels like I have a live in painter

So he's offered £200 for a new blind and he's going through he's insurance to get the sofa sorted . I'm not gonna moan about it no more lol
