I'm surprised how bad DPD are as I've never had issues with them,fed ex are bad I had 2 Harrison customs rods almost £500 worth delivered to another address a crescent instead of street with same first name and the guy who they were delivered to rang me and I arranged to come and collect luckily it was about 1/2 mile away.
I rang and complained and they said they don't do compensation which pissed me off spoke to tackle box who sorted it out for me in the end but they shouldn't have had too.
Then I ordered my step daughter her prom dress and Hermes dumped it in my food bin luckily it was just the packaging that was covered in baked beans.

They did the same when I ordered my MkII it should of had the deluxe bag with the lift out frame they sent the standard bag with no zip sides or top, easily dealt with phoned them up and they sent the right one the next day, I asked if they were collecting the wrong one and the response was hang on to it we might but they never did,a mate of mine who never had the bag for his old MkII made an adaption to the frame and pop riveted on a few L brackets ended up.

Though amazon deliver on time they are pathetic. Heard the gate open yesterday then the ring went off. Upon opening the door the parcels had been left by the wheelie bins. Went on my ring App afterwards and couldnt believe it that he had just thrown them onto the floor and then just fcuked off. The other week one of the amazon delivery drivers actually pushed down on my door Handle but thankfully the door was locked or heaven knows what could have ensued. I have read on Facebook of several people having their doors tried to see if they are unlocked. Stay alert and beware.

They can stay there too,lying to their customers that they have delivered my parcel and I have signed for it.To me they are scum and shouldn't be in jobs and I have done the job before and never pulled them tricks they do now

I'm confused. The post was a complaint about two barrows that were supposed to be in loads of boxes but might not be, but they actually did all arrive? And why would you bother customer services before it's even turned up?

The main complaint was about a parcel they said I had signed for on Monday which they lied through their teeth about,then on the same day I was trying sort that out they ****ed up the delivery for the two power barrows.My mate rang the customer services as only two boxes showed up and was then told it was on two separate vans as there was no space on one van.The two boxes were small so can't see why needed two separate vans,he was also then told the next delivery was one box only which would of meant alot of items on a £2250 order would have been missing.If you read the op I did say in the space of three days not just yesterday,it all started with them lying about my delivery on Monday I never received and have video footage to prove they never came near my house

I have said it before and will say it again all delivery companies are as bad as each other. Everyone still blaming covid ffs .ups yesterday delivered a set of 3 rods collected on thursday from me to kent .obviously the tube had been run over 3 aviators in 13 pieces !!!!!

The problem is the usual one...
With DPD all the good guys who are proper grafters end up being totally manipulated and leave the company leaving only drivers who are either new at the job and don't care or don't have any idea what they are doing.
The 3.5 ton vehicles you drive are not subject to the tachograph so you will work up to 17 hrs a day 7 days a week especially in the 6 weeks up to xmas.
I was watching a youtube clip of a guy earlier on today who at 49 years old had literally worked himself to death at DPD.
Multi drop delivery driver is an absolutely awful job especially close to xmas...I don't do it anymore and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I have done multi drop driving but not once did I lie and say a customer had signed or received a parcel from me.That is just wrong and there should be some sort of action taken by the company
