I've had similar experience with Monster too, and won't be ordering from them again either. Rather pay that bit more elsewhere for satisfactory service

I have had trouble with orders not coming on time when I said it was urgent. Then trying to get an answer on the phone is really hard..
I love the fresh hemp that arrives frozen, I think it is really good quality (used to be £1.00 a kilo but £1.50 now.
The customer service used to be brilliant but not now.

I've been using barrs for around 2/3 years now for leads and particle.
In that time I must of had 20+ orders, never had one issue with either quality or delivery.
Highly recommended from me.

Barr's communication has always been non existent in my experience, the order just turns up usually 7- 10 days later, the products are however ok. Ain't no different than other lead suppliers like MP Leadshed who were recommended on this forum.

Had a couple of issues with Barrs . The first time whilst ordering some particle with free leads the leads didn't turn up . After several messages sent with no reply I eventually got hold of them on the phone (twice) . They assured me they'd send them but they never did turn up . Second time back in the spring they had an offer on when you spend x amount , get 5kg of particle free . The leads turned up but no free particle . To be fair to them this time when I rang they apologised and sent them out next day . I do wonder sometimes whether when they put these offers on that they get a bit overwhelmed and find it difficult to keep up .
