Thanks for all the great suggestions guys,I found out how to activate the voice control on my Samsung phone and I've ordered a bankstick and phone holder of Ebay, that should make things really easy.Probably blank my balls off next few times out ,sods law!!

I use a saber phone tripod and whistle app. Holds phone really well.
iPhone 13 pro max, a rhino tech phone holder on a bank stick with a rhino light on top (for night shots) then use whistle cam, I can use Siri but don't seem to work as well

Voice control works perfectly on my 12 pro, once voice control is turned on then it's not Siri in use. Not sure if it works differently on the 13 though.

I just shoot HQ videos and then take screenshots using Lightscreen. That way you're able to pick the best shot/angle at home.
