No one said there where no health issues we are talking about the fuss that's made about everything treating people like children 2 days against 3 months and of course people where tougher then and when I was growing up in the 50s they certainly were the country's full of snow flakes

They will at anytime high wind snow flooding storms we know that there are health risks but again your missing the point it's the FUSS that's made all day on tv and radio I bet the Aussies are laughing there heads off

It swings both ways.
When I was out in Kenya in the early 80's, when we went out for a night on the town, in T Shirts and shorts etc, when we returned to camp early hours of the morning, all the Kenyan army guards would be dressed in big woolly hats, balaclava's, jumpers, scarves around there necks and faces with eyes peeping over the top, trench coats and gloves, hands in pockets freezing to death, and we would still be roasting with the heat and laughing at them.

To be fair it's not aimed at the snowflakes, its aimed at those who only have a few brain cells. You only have to look at the last big storm we had, the advice was to stay indoors for a day or two, but yet there were still people who thought they had to get a badge of honour by going fishing in it.

Of course it's up to them, they can do whatever like like, but you could find yourself on the wrong end of a 6 hour wait for an ambulance, because too many plebs have choked the system up for being too dehydrated.

My brother lives in Perth. W.A. last time he visited it was summer everyone was wearing T shirts and he felt the need to put a jumper on. You're body acclimates to the climate you live in.

I agree but putting it on the radio a tv all day long every time I put them on its about a 2 day heat wave keeping on its so boring won't change the plebs attitude only way is to force water down them and make them sit in shade lol
