You don't even need 10g, as you use it, 5 g, can be plenty. all depends what else is in there

Depends on other taste enhancers like e.g salt fenugreek garlic? While were at it anyone got an opinion on Talin as a sweetner in a fishy savoury bait ?

You can get scales that go down to those numbers with ease, have a look on Google.

even jewelery scales ( or drug dealers scales ) tend to not be hugely accurate, the best ones cost thousands.
Your best bet is to make upo a significant amount of mixture.
If you mix 10g of something, 20 of something else, and 70 of something else and use 1g of the resulting mixing you'd have 0.1g / 0.2g 0.7g etc

You could also consider Maggi seasoning which contains at least some of the these ingredients

unless drastically different particle sized it will be mixed very evenly if you take your time / empty into a bag and shake it like an unstable lunatic for two minutes.

If talin is the same as solar liquid candy sweetener the I add 1ml into a 12 egg mix that's fishy/savoury.

Talin is a trade name of thaumatin. A lot of proprietary sweeteners are reformulated every now and again. and have differing percentiles of this component. TALIN originally stood for tate and lyle industries.
Absolutely none of the talin / thaumatin / type sweeteners are having a significant percentage of thaumatin in them, its just too expensive to do, none of the ones claimed to have it in are priced to account for even a 5% inclusion from what I've seen. its actually used to round off the taste of other sweeteners as opposed to a standalone sweetener in itself.

So it's basically watered down from the original compound.
