So, lets just get this right.......
Two 'Floater packs' whatever they are, came with no bags of hookbaits. = poor packaging control
Ordered a T1 bivvy, high priced item, delivered with a broken zip = poor quality control.
Ordered a T1 overwrap that was too big, = poor quality control, or poor packaging control
Multiple calls to rectify problem of overwrap = poor customer service.
Doesn't read too good really does it?
Have you ever bought anything else from Nash that didn't have a problem with it?
Just asking because I have never had a problem with anything I bought off Nash and my first items were many years ago with the old 'Happy Hooker' labels on

Ohh ok , I don't recommend meeting nash on the bank and being polite and asking him a question about some faulty gear of his that I was using, ill leave it there

I am glad that his stuff didn't cause you grief, but the stuff I had was cack.
Rod Holdalls where the zips broke, and the rod ties snapped.
Rucksacks, broken zips, split pockets, even the whole shoulder section coming apart.
One of the replacement rucksacks had the pockets the other way round. One side was two pockets, the other side was a long zip up pocket. When the first one broke, the replacement was a mirror image.
Working in a tackle shop the amount of Nash Tackle we sent back to be credited or replaced. Rods received on delivery with broken eyes, even broken sections.

I had a nash trax barrow few years ago and the tyre went on it and I phoned them up and they were rude,only big thing I have of bash is an indulgence bed chair and I got lucky with that,now it's on its way out I broke the adjuster on it and I'm going to have a new one by Christmas and sell the indulgence as it's still useable.

As I said most of the Nash stuff I bought was years ago now, the first was a Happy hooker carp sack and weigh sling, I still have the sack somewhere, but left the weigh sling drying out at a lake many years ago
Also had a rod bag and holdall, the holdall got eaten a bit by mice, but still have it in the garage with other old bits in and the rod holdall gave good service but got replaced years ago.
I've still got an old Titan, that I've had when they first came out and still use occasionally, I mostly use it with an overwrap that I have two of, still very quick and easy to setup in seconds.

The number of weigh slings I have forgotten to pack away as I left them to dry😖😅
Various lakes in Norfolk, and rivers in Norfolk and Suffolk.
Actually I think I still have a Nash sack, (should I admit to that?)
I did cut the bottom corners and sew in a mesh section for some reason, possibly because I was worried the carp couldn't 'breathe' if they got a mouthful of sack.
