I don't like them. They are pretty fiddly to put on, especially on a tied rig. Then there is the fact that they can slide. I prefer putty.

They look OK.
I think the ESP Tungsten Bead Sleeves are neater...although there's only two weight choices with the ESP.

I'll probably end up with an ounce of both types in my tackle box
