Thanks guys, it might be a newness thing as this is only the second time I've used it. I have tried the starting positions as suggested. I've checked the threads and they are perfect. I did pop a bit of vaseline on the edge of the top cover and that makes it massively easier to close.

You were nearly there in the test thread I think
Just add < img src= (without the space between < and img) in front of your link with
height=500 width=500> after jpg
