A good cool box filled properly will keep stuff fresh for days even in those temps, something like an igloo or icytek is what you want. Use large bottles of frozen water to help keep it cold . On my last french trip it was upper 30 to low 40 degrees and I had frozen stuff in the box after 4 days still

Another good shout on the vacuum packing - particularly good if you vaccum pack frozen meat for a session.

Pre cook jacket potatoes very easy to reheat in tin foil either over a flame or in a pan, and make sure at least one of your meals that you take is frozen.

I do exactly this Geezer, I also invested in a sous vide recirculating cooker, vacpac your favourite cut of steak, season with salt & pepper, a bit of garlic powder and cook vacpacked, it cooks absolutely perfectly every single time, very repeatable and all you need to do is change the water temperature slightly to get rare, medium or well done steaks, allow to cool and can either freeze or chuck into the cool box and all that is needed on the bank is a quick sear in the pan and jobs a goodun, saves on gas on the bank too! It opens up so many food options for fishing as it's fresh pre cooked with any marinades you want and very easy to warm up by chucking in a pan of water.

I'm sure it'll become a highly used method by many in the future, it's almost impossible to over cook anything, easy to take to the bank and mess free as you can effectively just heat up in a pan of water.
How are you using it with bait ? Just vac packing boiled baits ? For longevity on longer euro trips ?

Yes sadly my carping days are over now got some bad health issues
But it's superb for boiles Brazil cooked tigers the world's your oyster frozen baits last so.much longer as you know nothing can deteriorate in a vacume pack as anything like the normal rate
