Just ebay the material I'm sure you'll pick up something similar, it's not as if your walking down a cat walk with it.

used tear aid on waders whit a 5cm hole in and it held me dry while flyfishing for a season. should be good enough to patch a hole in a bivvy.

Did that on my nash ground hog brolly, but got the misses to stitch around the patch with her sowing machine, bit of fabsil on it. Jobs a goodun.
Used the seam sealer and tape stuff before, but didn't get on to well with it.
