I was put onto these from a Barbel forum I go on and so I bought a couple of pairs and was truly amazed at how good they are
they will cut 15lb braid even without tension on it if you look on the picture they have like a saw edge and so it grips the braid rather than the braid sort of skidding out the way if you get what I mean
I have owned and used probably every make of braid scissors going
and I KNOW these are in a class of their own you only need to read the hundreds of reviews to confirm what Im saying

I don't even need new braid scissors, but have ordered some 'cos Gerry says their good, at that price why not.

As a quick follow up to this I bought a pair of those Cuda scissors on Gerry's recommendations and as usual he is absolutely right, best scissors I've owned

yes glad you think they are the best too .............only 3 pairs left they sell out very fast but continue to get more stock
I simply cannot understand how a £3.60 pair of braid scissors can piss all over fishing branded ones costing 3 or 4 times the price
UNTIL you have tried a pair you wont know just how good a pair of braid scissors can be I have had braid blades several American ones most of the tackle shop ones Gardner Greys Owners etc etc none are as good

Just bought a pair. None left on amazon for a couple of months so had to pay £7 on ebay. They look a nice compact size. They do some good looking pliers so might get some for my lure fishing as well. Theres quite a few things in there range.

You won't be unhappy, they are spot on, and an improvement on my old Gardner ones that I'd cherished for years.

Get an Any Sharp knife sharpener
Cut a piece of sand paper to sharpen them.
Sharpen the cutting edges on your blunt scissors with a ceramic sharpener

What happened to the make do and mend mentality, throwing plastic things away is killing the sea turtles.
