Have a look at the sonik sk tek compact they do them them in 12ft and 13ft 3 rod sleeve . I have 2 of them for my 10ft cracking rod bag for the money

Just picked up my NXG 3 rod and to be honest, really happy with it. Well padded, plenty of room (only have 5500 XTB's not huge pits) gone over all zips, clips and stitching, can't fault it.
