Have a look at British Aqua Feeds, they do various liquids in bulk, maybe something they do will interest you?
Much better alternatives to Veg & Olive oil out there IMO.
I'd also probably add the liquids & powders separately.

Hydro wheat from baf ist what dna baits spod syrups are based on, and its pretty cheap.

I'm with Sam concerning Glycerin/PG. It has several positive uses in carp bait but I see no point whatsoever in adding it to particles. As for wheat hydro; that is one of the few hydrolysed products that I have found singularly ineffective.

Firstly, thanks to everyone for all the info.
There is bound to be lots of info on youtube but I thought id ask here first. So yep, if I can get that PM please
With my pre-teen kids now showing a serious interest in angling we have been looking at basic baits and what we can do to make them better and add extra attraction etc.
As a routine we collect the bread ends and ground them up, i buy them fairly plain pellets from the local farm store and use lots of Vitalin etc and then look to spice them up and they love getting involved. They can then use this at will.
The Stickybaits cloudy glugs, the Mainline glugs and even the ccmoore and tails up marine liquids I use in my own angling are all great additions but sharing these branded products for the kids groundbait is proving expensive and a bit wasteful so im looking to make our own bulk liquid that we can turn to that they can use at will and have some fun putting together. If it came out good, maybe I could use it myself.
I was thinking dissolving down a block of belechan, adding some liver powder and betaine in hot water for example will probably go off pretty quickly .. so I was thinking I add the above or simular to a preserving 'carrier'
.... Maybe we need a carp forum approved glug recipe

For a budget-friendly soak you could just get a bottle of fish sauce and add some spices. It is something to engage the kids and it's cheap.
If you want something to buy in bulk look at British Aqua Feeds or Bacarel Express and see what takes your fancy. I'm presuming they are fishing runs waters so you probably don't need to enter into the realms of science to ensure they are having fun catching!
Also, maybe they might enjoy preparing/soaking/boiling particles themselves if they aren't already. Lots you can do there.
Maybe even fermenting/letting them turn?
Just an idea
