Sorry keeperboy but a few things have escaped you, stick pellets (compressed pellets) come in many forms, carp pellets, trout pellets which contain fish meal. Pellets that are coloured would not be used at a fish farm as they make no difference to intake and would add to expense, do not confuse these with animal feed pellets, the compressed pellets made for carp / trout etc are better for the fish nutritionally due to them being produced at a lower temperature, many fish farms now use the compressed pellets as they can be produced cheaper and have a higher intake, producing fish bigger at an earlier time.
Are you sure?
