Just used my avid carp cot xl for the first time and one of the support bar clips snapped lol. I bought from angling direct through ebay so hopeful they sort it out if not I want my money back. I've only ever bought two things from avid the memory foam sleep system which suffered from slipping legs which I fixed myself and the unhooking mat which has broke first time out lol. I think the unhooking mat be the last thing I buy from avid.

I think you may have been unlucky with the cot, I've had mine a few years and had no problems.

Avid are toilet, always have been. They can't even make a bagstem properly without the swivels snapping (5 stems from 3 different packs) so i can only imagine what their cradles, beds etc. must be like
