they remind me of the old bivvys what was advertised with some bloke sitting on his chair and a jag xjs in the background.
They obviously think their brand is strong enough for them to punt these out to the tarts , as let's face it carp angling is vastly over crowded with tackle tarts .
And after toaster success and watching Korda rise to fame and porches and lake ownership in France and mansions thought we will have some of that .
Carp fishing is nothing but a soulless persuit full of Del Boy chancers and 5 minute experts and heroes .

It started a long time ago Fred
when Maddox gave it all away in that book and people saw how much money could be made
and instant carp men were born people that are concerned more with how something looks ? than how something works ?
even what clothes other people wear ?? never understood that that just sheep very few individuals or characters sadly but we had the best years no question m8 nearly all my old fishing pals are under the ground now

Your obviously not our age as what we see how it's morphed into money fest , carp fishing or any fishing was mostly taken up by working class .
Now to go you need thousands to fish a decent venue when 30 years ago it was a few quid .
And don't even get me started on the carp tax as you now need a bank loan to kit yourself out 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I really don't know why people have a problem with the price of these, I've just been in Fenwick (store) with the girlfriend and she pointed out handbags for £900, now that is expensive, you could barly get your rig box in it, at least you could live in the Ridge monkey bivvy

I actually like the look of them. Price is totally stupid but I wouldn't be surprised if we see 50% discounts in 12 months or so
