Omg. I'm feeling like an idiot right now. I was stuck on the internet looking for "leaders frequent challenges" and bumped into this thread and began reading the comments without paying attention that the subject is not related to my demands. I'd already been feeling like I was going mental. Actually, I was looking for this kind of information https://www.prendo.com/leadership-challenges/planning-and-controlling-projects. I searched for various simulation programs focused on a range of leadership challenges.

Hi Andy
This type of question comes up a lot on the forum. When venues issue new rules you are far better contacting them to find out what problem they are trying to solve rather than how to get round the new rule.
A lot of the new rules seem to me to be lemming ones, especially on the continent, but in my experience well run venues are more than happy to explain.
