but looking at the side view pictures it seems to have a lot of cover and as it says you can alter the height from high to low with lots of pegging options

I've used brolly systems for day sessions for 17 years but this year decided to get a tempest brolly. I think it's superior, so much easier to use.

I agree I love my tempest quick to put up and no pegs needed if it's not windy but for me it's not light enough just for a few hrs fishing!

I wish the rivers I fished for barbel had banks as comfy as that!!
I would love a better shelter for my river fishing but there's no way on earth anything flat backed,or that needs pegging out would work. So i'm stuck with my £20 ngt 45 inch brolly, which has kept me dry for now

i've been using the 50" korum graphite brolly for a few years now, it's a bit flimsy but that's to be expected with it being so light. Its certainly easy to carry and it weighs a lot less than my 50" aqua brolly so it's very useful if you're mobile. I'm quite happy with it, i only ever put a shelter up when it's raining anyway and it keeps me and my gear dry. i wouldn't use one when it's dry in case i missed something

For day or overnight sessions I have gone back to an Oval brolly.
It is quick to set up, I can use either storm poles or storm sticks at the front or on the side spokes.
The TFG is the one I use, it has been used in all year round conditions, snow in winter when pike or carp fishing, cold wet rain in summer and autumn.
It rolls up into the bag and brolly holdall, or will fit in the central pocket of a rod sling.
