Anyone got any feed back on the sb4? Iv just ordered the pro x version as I wanted a small boat. Jules at CarpTechnics seems a top bloke aswell

Quite interested in Carptechnics.......

Think the SB3 with two Hoppers is most likely the one I am keen on.....SB4 single motor with the rudder doesn't appeal at all with the steering bias....

So lads please can anyone provide some recent feedback. Have looked through the old threads but not a lot to go on apart from Tad and Starmie.....

I borrowed one (sb3) for a week in france. Found it easy to control, and relieable in every way. Battery life was pretty good as well. Its a pretty big and bulky boat though

Had mine about 7/8 yrs . Upgraded last year to the lithium version .
Very reliable boat only issue I've had was transmitter packed up after years of service. Prefer the sb3 to my other boat gladiator

Don't let that put you off pal. My sb4 is excellent. Iv had it out in some pretty bad weather with no issues at all. My mate has the sb3 and he loves it. Definitely get the li po battery's. 1 charge will last a weeks fishing with ease

British made ,excellent after sales,great battery life with lithium.
Ticks all boxes but a bit pricier than the normal boats
