I think you've got muddled up in what I was saying. Never once said that kids shouldn't be told that underage sex is ok. We do a lot of work to the contrary.
Your average 13 year old can run internet rings round their parents. And since parents began to speak, kids have been doing the opposite. I'm sure you remember that.

13 lol. I spent 39.5 years disobeying my parent, she recently agreed with our family history of blood clots on the brain and dicky tickers I should swerve the jab for now... so I've turned over a new leaf and done what I was told

It is a sad story.
It's a very sad thing that kids don't stay 'children' for as long as we did. I'm in agreement on that. But it's every aspect of their world and I really do believe we have to tackle any potential aspect of it in school.
One of the few positives of the covid restrictions has been year groups being kept apart at lunch and break times. Our year 7 kids spent the early part of the year still 'playing out' - Tig and the like. - because they weren't being influenced by the behaviour of the older kids. Genuinely heartwarming to see.

So the American military pull out after 20 years in Afghanistan could be days away. It took nearly 2 years for Saigon to fall after the military pull out in 73. Can't see Kabul lasting half that time and it'll be a blood bath. Hopefully I'm wrong.
