Try it and see....there are usually washers on the spindle to adjust the way the line spools. if its spooling to the back then you need to remove (a) washer(s).

Looking at the reels the stroke of the spool looks longer than the average pit .... is it 45 mm long or the standard 35mm ???

,,,,just read that reply ,, i,ve just messaged them asking the length of 'hexagonal' shaft ,,, they have 2 sizes listed too 16 x 5 cm and 14 x 4.5cm

If there is a washer inside the click house underneath the spool then remove it. The only other washer is the one that sits beneath the click house, try removing that.
My only concern is that by removing that washer the spool may catch on the bail assembly when in its lowest position. Worth a try though.

i hope all you guys rot in hell lol,
im trying to run a household here and support my wife, and now ive spent the last week reading this bloody thread thinking how the fek am i going to be able to say to my wife , love you wouldnt mind if i spend 300 of what little money we have, on some more! fishing reels, i mean we dont need a holiday this year anyway we've waited 2 years for a holiday one more wont hurt, well just go next year, oh and ill need a weekend fishing to try em out, so well just make it a nice round 350, that ill take out our savings, oh sh1t ill need some new line aswell, ok love i can see your not best pleased, judging by the steam coming out y eyes ,so ill just hide in the bathroom untill you put the pan down, and order it through the wifi

I sold a load of old fishing stuff on ebay last week then bought the last 3 Penn 7000's from Erics on Fri.

Thought that was D_Viper's drive.
But realised he would have lined the handles up and used a plank of wood.

I bought mine as they are cheap to fish venues that are dodgy , leave the better gear at home for French trips 
Got on VERY well with them. Well happy.
