I have asked the seller to explain how i am supposed to pick my parcel up when there is no tracking information anymore and i do not know where the parcel is!
Told them to refund me or i will take up a case with a higher authority. I know its only 30 bucks but its the principle!

Sounds like you are contacting seller direct. Try opening a dispute with Aliexpress so their customer service is involved and bypassing the seller.

Just checked on Aliexpress site and its coming up as in progress.
i think if anyones prepared to wait it will turn up,I wanted to wait and was only querying where the tracking details were/had gone....I actually wanted to wait as I think they'll turn up once royal mail have cleared their back log.

This is what I don't get Andy. If the parcels are somewhere in the UK what has happened to them.
There's a very very slim chance that someone will one day find them in a Royal Mail warehouse and get them sent.
Have they already been sent back to China, would the tracking show this?
It's all a mystery.
@Braders
Where have they gone if they have gone for good?
I know the likes of Evri and Yodel lose/steal/auction stuff but this was going to be delivered by Royal Mail, I know RM are not perfect but there's too many parcels even for them to lose.

If you go to postal.ninja web site and enter ur tracking details it will tell u where the item is. On 'speaking' on line with AX they advise to go to ur local PO/Sorting office see what the score is and then go from there.

Now I've been refunded most of the order details are no longer visible.
I just have 60 days in my mind, after 60 days they assume you have the item, if you haven't you have 15 days to dispute. Maybe I'm imagining it.
There's a bit here
3. Buyer Protection Period: the number of days (appearing/confirmed on the product listing page at the time when the Eligible Member completed the purchase from the seller on AliExpress) which the seller guarantees the Eligible Member that it would receive the goods and/or services ordered from the seller, start counting from the day the Eligible Member completes such purchase on AliExpress.
Sorry if that don't help, it's the best I can do

Having 'spoken' to AX yesterday I went to the local RM Sorting Office today and was told the following....The tracking number provided for their systems is not of sufficient length and therefore not recognised. When an item arrives into their system from abroad, it is given a UK Post Office reference number in order to track and deliver to the customer...as this is not the case with these items ( in mine and your case) I doubt it very much that we will be getting it any time soon, if at all. As i have contacted AX a few times now they has prioritised my case for investigation. If you are not aware you can get to 'speak' to somebody online at AX by following the details given in a video on Youtube 'how to bypass EVA and get a real person.....it works just follow the instruction in the clip. Hope this helps....
