Problem is nowadays you don't know who or what to believe........apart from spanky, he knows everything because the guardian said so....... 
I had a look at some of the comments from March and April in this thread last night as i was knocking a few dram's of fine whiskey back and laughing my head off , the misguided loyalty to Boris and co ,Stockholm syndrome !
Then i thought back to Gordon Brown selling off tonnes of our gold at the wrong time and losing a few billion , and how our press have reminded Labour of this ever since , which brings us to where we are now , just the incompetence surrounding the track n trace has surpassed the "gold debacle " many times over but when you factor in the reason for the failure track n trace , as with all the other jobs for the boys schemes at the moment = corruption , Gordon Brown and the gold = incompetence ,
So , where is the press outrage now and for ever more , we are into the £trillions now and i reckon around 1/3 of this amount could of been avoided were it not for these corrupt incompetent fools , where the fu** is your anger to this bunch of idiots .

Any of those ideas are better than sitting there nodding your head and saying they should crack on with doing it a bit more. Sadly the ‘opposition' aren't really up to much anymore so they can't be held responsible to actually oppose anything with any conviction, that's been shown already on numerous occasions.
No one was paid to stay at home for the best part of a year? When were people never allowed outside their homes and the government paid them to stay there round the clock?

The effect that your tax money is wasted, the country is in the worst debt it's ever been in and who will pay for it to come out of it....you, me and every other working person. But if you're happy to pay for something that never arrived/happened/helped then that's your choice. Pretty sure the healthcare staff have felt it not having appropriate ppe, all those people that didn't benefit from a functioning test and trace system and subsequently died from the virus... all those NHS staff that have put themselves in danger but won't be getting a pay rise because there isn't enough money to do it...
of course no one has felt any effects of the corrupt billions disappearing eh

I'm obviously being facetious, but not for fear of you thinking I'm silly. I couldn't care less what anybody thinks of my views because I am comfortable with them. I'm trying, and failing, to point out that people's surroundings and upbringing have a huge impact on their political and social stance. It's not wrong or silly that people don't agree with you, their life experience has just led them down a different path.
If we don't have an opposition capable of opposing we are in big trouble because we sure as hell can't change anything from the outside, even if we are naked and shackled!
You don't have to look many posts down, I do blame people for the virus.. as well as the government and healthcare services.
Because let's be straight, people spread viruses, not government policies.
I could go around licking public toilet seats because the government haven't told me not to, but I don't want E. coli or listeria so I don't.

Al Jazeera , Russian RT , have to tread very carefully as the level of scrutiny on them is constant and far more than the self regulating bbc .
But as anyone with a decent capacity to think should recognize , these so called "news channels " are there to help push the ideology and ambitions of the countries that own them , they love nothing more than to highlight our shortcomings with regard to anything that will make our government look bad and cast them in a good light , thats not to say that what they are saying is not true though , they still have to adhere to the ofcom rules far more stringently than our so called "news channels " do as there is nothing that would make our corrupt bunch happier to have these critical voices silenced , America deliberately shelled the hotel rooms that Aljazeera where based during the gulf war , killing some of their staff in Baghdad, for highlighting their war crimes and once even asked Blair to back them when they wanted to bomb all their news rooms around the globe , that is terrorism !

A naive simplistic view , this government has lost the publics trust and confidence , you need to keep the public on board in times like these and they have lost us and it is down to their lies deceit and corruption !

All my friends and the majority of my family were right wing Tory , nearly all of them admit that they were manipulated by our press and media into thinking and voting the way they did and it's so obvious to see now , the nurse who voted Tory who i talked too yesterday is eager for restrictions to be lifted , she can not wait to go protesting against this lot ,it's a joy to witness the awakening of so many !
Shame about Wayne and Tinhead though , they are really messed up , they need some shock therapy !
