ffs......all I am saying is we should just stay at home for the next 10 weeks as we have been asked....watch colour TV, go to Waitrose, get your furlough money, read a book, have jog round the block....it cant be that difficult and that way we will save lives and protect our NHS......

Slightly back on topic I have caught enough fish or carp if you like that I can hold off until it is again permissible to do so especially this time of year, hopefully by the time March rolls around I will then be able to get back to it, stay safe everyone and busy doing nothing.

Except the conspiracy stuff ISN'T free thinking at all. It's not people's own ideas. It's all picked up off Facebook and YouTube (usually from monetised channels, plenty of money in conspiracy theories), which they sometimes call ‘research'

These conspiracy people are making money from it, and the mugs who don't believe science but believe everything they're told by these charlatans are enabling it. It's ironic they call others ‘sheep', when in fact they're the ones being brainwashed
Nobody should be going fishing right now. It isn't hard to understand and the rules aren't vague. People are just looking for a loophole so they can carry on doing what they want. This is why we're still in this ****show a year later (plus Boris is an absolute melt).

Firstly I don't mind not fishing and I'll respect and follow all guidelines but what annoys me is we'll still get cyclists going for all day rides, walkers driving miles to parks just to walk and parents driving kids to play grounds all under the name of exercise but I can't drive 1. 5 miles to my water which is on private property and I'm the only person currently allowed to fish and partake in an activity that is the only thing keeping me sane from all this crap, and me and the Mrs are both key workers who have worked all through this apart from when she caught covid through her work as a carer.
