I saw a post on another site saying that £20,000 of perishable foods was stuck in the traffic. Champagne, oysters etc.
Apparently on its way to Jacob Rees Mogg's mansion for their summer garden party.

Why aren't leave voters furious that the advertised promise to 'take back control' of borders has, in reality, turned into 'give full control to the French when crossing the channel'.

you have remoaners both French and UK blaming everything nothing to do with covid or anything of course
but the hold ups have been traced to this high ranking police officer deliberately not having enough cover and obviously its affecting French travellers and all the countries using the ferrys its going to settle down in a week or so Im sure

Even the staunchest brexiteer has to admit that it's the major contributory factor.
Stopping free movement works both ways.
Not wanting to get into another brexit debate, just simple logic.
By the way, I'm actively pushing 'brexitears' as a phrase for all those who are unhappy that they got what they asked for

Yeah let's wish for a good war to justify the lies people were sold. Covid no doubt has bad effects on this but the simple fact is we asked to restrict movements.
