Hi Chaps,
The wife has finally agreed to do a few sessions fishing with me.... Therefore i need a 2 man bivvy that is really spacious, as it will need to fit 2 bed chairs, the dogs bed, and god knows what crap she will undoubtably bring along....luckily enough one of my lakes has large swims which can accommodate 2 normal bivvies easily.....
I dont want to spend a fortune and 350 max is my budget ideally with an over wrap....after a bit of searching the quest Mk3 looks ideal, it appears to have a good foot prints and is 319 with overwrap....
Please offer any good suggestions of any alternatives or any reviews of quest bivvies....

JRac Quad is a great bivvy and will fit x2 wide it bedchairs in with ease.

I have a Tempest 200 in the classifieds for £350. Used for a couple of 24hr sessions only with my son, but he rarely comes and I can get two bedchairs in my Fox so really don't need it and could do with cutting down on the amount of bivvies I have!
It's massive and will easily fit 3 bedchairs in.

I'd snap that tempest 200 up if I were you that the guy in the previous post is advertising. I bought one with the cap and inner dome just in case the misses comes with me. Really nice piece of kit and a bargain at that price!

Go for the quest imo with overwrap T200 is **** when it rains, there also many who have problems with the poles after some time.
JRC Cocoon Bivvy 2 man also worth looking at (same bivvy as the Chub Cyfish 2 man)
poles come apart very easily and with the straight sides you have a lot of space, saw one at tackle uk for 349 it is the price for bivvy + overwrap, i have the chub one in dome version no overwrap but inner dome

Great bivvy but no so big inside if you dont have oval beds, i have the slx in the plus version loots of room and i was supprised that the T200 is barely bigger on the inside than the slx plus, if you cant find one go for the slx plus.

I have two wideboy bedchairs and with them both in there's acres of space in my T200, much more than my 2 Man Double Top. Plus its 1.7m high and it's never leaked in the rain yet. If I was buying another 2 man I'd personally make the same choice.
Mine doesn't get used much now as the misses isn't that interested, but I'm keeping it for possible french trips in the future.

Prologic just released one check it on youtube, for 300£ you get the bivvy and the over wrap, Im probably going to invest on one soon to take my daughter and my wife
for the money looks relly good tbh

What fox bivvy do you use that fits 2 bedchairs? Frontier XD ?
I was looking to get an X or XD as am going to have a dog soon and would love the space, but not sure if the X is big enough

Agree 100%. The Quad's a great bivvy. The Avid Screen House also does the trick. Only issue with those is they can't handle stormy weather (but then again she probably won't be joining you).
