What's your take on the place over priced or value for money.

I saw that the 40lb'er had been caught again; twice in a couple of months. As far as I know, they're busy and have a lot of people wanting to join so their pricing is obviously acceptable to those who want to fish there. I did a few sessions during the winter, caught a few but my preference is for more rugged / less manicured venues. It's not everyone's cup of tea but there is no doubt that they're putting in huge amounts of money and effort into the place.

Definitely well looked after , but the membership gone up to £200 per year and that's with out your day ticket price. I believe it's around £30 for 24 hours so a few weekends over there and you are already hitting £300 .

I was watching Neil spooners vlog last night and that was churchgate.
I had to laugh when he got a blender out to make boilie crumb on the bank .
Power points In the swims etc .. looked very comfy and a far cry from the dog s**t strewn parks I fish .
I prefer my waters wild however I can see how some anglers would be drawn to the place .

My brother absolutely emptied the place . Very easy water but no longer welcome over there anymore. The bloke who owns it now is a complete tit, never fished before till he took over it but thinks he knows it all . If you work it out £200 hundred to join £60 for 48 hours and do two consecutive weekends you have done £320 . The bloke on crack I'm sure he is 😂😂😂😂

It is expensive, but they have people queuing up to join so obviously the price must be right for some.

Yeah they do have a list of over 500 on it I believe. But I bet after a few sessions and £350 lighter I recon they won't be doing to many more at them prices .
