Are the Gemini stems the only ones that the loops for attaching your mainline to are not metal or are there other alternatives out there?

I really. Like the Gemini stems... But.. If you get
cut off, the leads seem to get stuck as the rubber bunches up and I'm worried the lead won't come free (off)

I may be being a knob here, what are the advantages over flour carbon tied to swivel with 1cm coming out the back of conventional tube?

Probably not alot. They're already made, greater breaking strain, neat, easy/handy to use? I've not used them yet, I currently use the ones with metal loops and to avoid my mainline being looped directly onto the metal I have put small leadless leadcore leaders on them, just a confidence thing really.
Might try some thick flouro and see how I get on as there doesn't seem to be any other non metal alternatives.

I was about to order some more leads to use with my Gemini Tidy Stems and normally use Scruffs however their inline leads are a 6mm bore. As the gemini stems are either 5mm or 5.75mm where are you guys getting your leads from that will fit the Gemini Stems? I know Scruffs also do PVA Stems but I like the Gemini ones and have confidence in them. Many thanks.
Edit: I know the Fox and Korda leads fit but didn't want to be paying those prices when others are available of the same quality but much lower price

Look up www.mpleadshed.co.uk he will make you up in-line leads to fit the Gemini stems just message him you want them to fit them

You've said about the price of fox and Korda leads but your using the stems and are not dumping leads all the time so maybe worth just buying them
I use the stems with the fox leads and can't faultthem

Yeah I have some leads that were too thin inside, the stems went through OK but bunched rather than slipping off if I got cut off etc..(not good) So I just drilled through with a 6mm bit and the lead will drop off easily if I have any accidents.
