Thought I'd share this.
Just came across the new TT Exclusive emblem reel and it's a pretty nice looking reel if you ask me!
Not sure id pay the extra considering it doesn't come with a spare spool but nevertheless it's a nice looking reel.

I really dislike that handle they use these days. It looks like a robots knee.

Yeah deffinetly not a fan of the handle.
I do like the Matt black reels though but like everything it's personal preference.
The world would be a boring place if we all liked the same things.

Correct. 3 new emblems have just arrived on my door step today but at a cost of 345 for three I can't quite warrant sending them back and spending the extra £100 or so for the red spools!

Why do these have the cheaper wire bail when the cheaper emcast and emblem 35scw have the airbail?

It's been made to look nice so the noddies will buy them. No airbail, that's all you need to know - those flimsy bail arms will get bent out of shape in no time at all. No spare spool either. At least it has a decent handle (same as my Castizm QDs). The stupid wooden things Daiwa fit to their reels has never made sense to me.

We can't all like the same things,I have castizms and quite like the handle with the daiwa logo on.I like the wooden handles on my basia's too,I don't like the handle that both Daiwa and Shimano seem to both use,I took them straight off my power aeros and replaced with carbon ones
