Hi, can anyone recommend/advise me to a 1 man bivvy that has a high door, I'm 6ft 5 and Getting on😁 and want a bivvy with a good door height, I have a quest mk2 2 man but it's a bit to big but door height is 160 cm, looking for at least that preferably higher?

I think the 165cm is the height inside not at the doorway.. doorway probably 155ish. A knot in the cross strap helps though

165 cm is measured at the front peak, inside in the middle the XD is higher
Door height of the XD is 143cm (photo in the Frontier topic) Not many 1 man bivvies will have a door height of +143cm

I'm 6'2 and have a Titan Hide XL, not sure of the exact door height but it's pretty tall.

Titan hide Xl Front door height: 130cm aka low door height...

Had no idea it was that height, I haven't measured it.

Seems pretty high to me compared to the Chub Vizor I was using before, maybe because the Hide itself is a much taller shelter?

Dont think TS is looking for a bivvy with a 130cm door height, he is looking around 160.

. . .I'm 6'1" and anything under 140/150 is annoying . . .why manufactures insist on silly low 'stealth' bivvies (other than material saving costs) these days is daft IMHO . . .

Agreed I am 6'1 too and have just moved to a fox r series 1 man , from a jrc quad, the extra height is much better for my ageing back.
