I've just bought one of these and I'm struggling with the set up. The pegging points just seem to far away from the ground. I feel like I'm doing something wrong. Does anyone know the correct way to set it up as wychwood have still failed to make a video.

Yes I have same issue, most bivvies have two or three front pegging options this only has one which is not great particularly on uneven ground ...a design flaw (need more pegging rings and the front section needs to be two or three inches deeper) real shame as otherwise great bivvy! So really need flat ground and make sure use the widest option for the strap under groundsheet.

I've had a message from a guy on one of the fb groups who has one out on the bank now. There is a certain way of pegging out and it is fine, he's sent me pics and al looks perfect. This is what he said if it helps:
I've moved swims and put the bivvy up again got all pegs in fully.
I found when setting up connect poles hook in tension strap get upright and put peg in by door to stand up peg by pole ends then outside back corners keeping a square shape attach tension poles and peg back and sides straight clip in ground sheet next peg outside front corners put peg through both D rings either side of main zip and peg 15 degrees inwards then peg door peg points just in line with ground sheet 😎hope this helps

I Had a bivvy that PROVIDED you pegged it correctly it was absolutely fine
the back had to be vertical if you flared it back instead of upright the front would be short

So I have tried to follow the advice offered on pegging slightly better but still not right... the issue reverts to back! The back pole doesn't take weight barely touching ground. I guess with a lot of fiddling maybe able to improve slightly but remain convinced that this poorly designed and particularly difficult unless you have flat ground.
I have heard from someone in the trade that wychwood know about this issue ...I am generally a fan of wychwood and have a lot of their tackle but amazed that there are no instructions or erection video ...particularly when it's clearly not straight forward...very disappointed!
