So actually he could argue that's he's well within his rights to travel to the tutorial. The rules state that you should work from home where ever possible, but where you can't you can travel to work, providing that when you are at work you maintain correct social distancing. I actually think that he'd have a good case appealing this fine. He was after all travelling to do his normal paid work.

The 2 paying anglers however are on a jolly up and haven't really got excuses.
