Hi all, just wondering if at any of the shows ridgemonkey have been doing any deals on their power packs? Im after one and wondering weather to wait till the big one in farnborough!

Not sure about the power pack but I was wanting the crusher and a new light at NAS but they was a lot more expensive then most online retailers

I asked them how much for a large sarnie toaster at the NAS and was quoted more than I can get it online delivered , same with the Korda stand , I just laughed and walked off

HOW ? would the dealers feel if the makers of a product started undercutting them ????
there is an RRP the makes set and really they have to sell it at that
so best bet is ring around see if any of the dealers are selling cheaper

Im sure you could probably get a similar power pack for much cheaper without the carp tax added.

I'm the worse person in the world for buying expensive rods, reels etc.
But why would you buy a ridgemonkey power vault when the 42150mAh unit costs £139.99 and the 77850 unit costs £199.99 it's a complete Michael take!
EC Technology unit on Amazon is 26800mAh and costs £18.99 post free and you can have it next day!
So you buy 2 and you have 53600mAh available for £37.98 (Not £139.99)
Or buy 3 and have 80400mAh available for £56.97. (Not £199.99)
They work absolutely fine.

Does it have all the same outputs? I don't really understand these things but the C usb thing they bang on about? Is it the ridgemonkey one that they reckon you can run a laptop from?
