Has anyone managed to ever get a response from Impact Particles or have a phone number to contact them?
I've been waiting for an order since 17th August, and have emailed them twice without response?
Ironically they've sent out another email offer today thanking people for their support, when seemingly they can't actually complete outstanding orders.
I know my son also has an order of tiger nuts outstanding for 3 weeks!
The really Annoying thing is l mostly do my own mix but just wanted some hemp to add to it.

I had the same. 2 x emails no reply. Then went on their fb page and messaged. Got a reply inside 24hrs and had my order the next day

Same issue for me. I will try FB or I'm going to contact the credit card and get it cancelled.

Ive messaged them via FB (no response yet). Like you I'll contact the bank now and log a dispute.

Absolute joke of a company, ordered at the start of June, only part of it turned up. 3 weeks with no response to emails, messenger etc.
Only when I started a chargeback formally via my card did they miraculously ship out the missing items.
No apology or anything, will not be buying again

Looks like I got lucky actually receiving my order. They were late and the boxes fell to pieces when it arrived where the delivery driver commented how bad they were wrapped but everything came and good quality at least.
Luckily I bought 80kg worth lol wont need any from them soon again

After numerous messages and commenting on all of their FB adverts (along with a lot of unhappy others awaiting delivery) I've had a confirmation email saying delivery will be this Friday 🤞🏻
Lesson learnt....... Never again

Just a little update....unsurprisingly no bait turned up today. DHL sent an email saying they've issued a tracking number but are awaiting collection from Impact Particles

I ordered the other week when they sent an offer for buy 20k and get 50k free.
Meant to be arriving today but the order seems to suggest I am only getting my 20k and they have failed to reply to messages on FB and by email.
We shall see what arrives ........
Maybe they should have a telephone number rather that hide behind the internet

Yeah received and all there but the 2 bags of buckwheat were so badly sealed they had come open and split into boxes 😡
