Evening , I have a power barrow and power is not getting to turn the wheel . Power is showing at the trigger but nothing when I press the lever . I've checked all the wiring connections and all seems good . Only had it a couple of months . Any suggestions appreciated

I know it's an obvious one but you haven't connected it up wrong and shorted it out, my mate was rushing one morning with his and connected the wrong terminals on the battery, and something went pop, the power controller still lit up, but nothing worked, he contacted Nash and the sent him out the ‘silver box' part, and it all worked well again, forgive me for my bad description of the parts lol

Has it got an inline fuse that might have blown?
Failing that have you tried switching it off and back on again

Ive got a nash metro power barrow and i had similar issue and nash replaced it after lots of messing around with the retailer (who were useless) said they would send replacements and never did then said there wasnt any in the country etc etc etc
I ended up contacting Nash direct and they sorted it all out and replaced the unit
What had happened was the connections on the nash by the removable handles the pins got bent when removing themn so consequently werent going back in and they replaced the whole unit
Ill add the nash electronics arent comparible to the prestige (Ive got a mk8 24v big boy xtreme as well) but a lot of features on the nash are very good (battery placement, bags work better but Im not a fan of the electrics

Oh dear sorry to hear this the fact it's possible to make incorrect connections is surely a design fault. I'm converting my own barrow using parts from Ali express and all connectors will be different 2/6/8/9 pin so can't cross connect

Had exactly the same and likewise was just a bent pin which was replaced next day by Total Tackle. Since then I'm just a bit slower/more careful when plugging the two together and not had a problem

The joins are really tight (Ive left mine connected since as Ive lost confidence) pulling them apart particularly and I know someone else who said similar
its also why I feel the electrics and the connectors are a lot better on the prestige

Sorry to bring up an old thread but i have a connection issue with my Nash Trax Evo. For those who have one the issue is with the connector that is between the cable from the silver box and the 2 positive and negative spade ends that go on the batteries. It's a 2 pin plug but it tempremental so is taped up tight at the moment. Does anyone know what connector this is and if it's a simple DIY job to replace? Looks like the brass sleeve from the female plug is stuck on one of the male prongs when seperated. Surely a simple waterproof 2 pin connector will do the job?

Just harangue your retailer if you're still in warranty or Nash direct - all the connectors on this and indeed any barrow can be tight and pins / spade connections easily bent or damaged.
My advice once you've sorted / are back up and running -
a) Tippex / mark ALL the connectors when connected on either side to ensure you always reconnect in exactly the same place
b) Don't pull them apart between sessions unless you really need to - I generally fold and transport the whole barrow minus the handles; so the handle connection only (other than when recharging the batteries) is the one that gets most abuse

You might get a year on the electrics for instance but longer on the barrow itself. Depends what Nash get from their supplier, in my game we back to back with our suppliers for certain parts so if they only offer a year we only offer a year but the products we make we offer a much longer warranty.

My understanding was 2yrs no quibble if you register? I snapped the spade end battery connectors on mine (by being hamfisted) before its first ever trip and AD/Nash replaced the part within 48hrs no arguments . . assume a tyre puncture may not be covered but don't actually know . . .
