I've just been through the bait thread to try to find any comments on the companies bait to find the thread deleted guess it got a bit heated for some reason.. I have the opportunity to become part of their bait team and was wondering what peoples experiences with the bait are .. nutcracker appears to be the best seller with more feedback than any of their others I can find... be nice to hear thoughts without causing whatever the previous issue was.. Thanks

I've used nutcracker before and their Tuna & garlic and the red fish found them to be good baits overall,I had my pb common of 32lb from my local stretch of the canal on a pink pop up from urban baits,I had a subscription from big carp magazine at the time which included the urban bait package as a gift amongst other gifts I had with the magazine.

The first question you'll get asked is "white or brown?"

I would be very careful about committing to a bait for 50p a kilo off. Ideally it would be better to use the bait over a period of time and judge the bait for yourself before committing to joining a team. I haven't used that bait for a long time so it would be unfair to comment on the bait. I can only tell you a few mates who used that bait religiously have now moved onto other baits. Put it in the right place you will catch fish 👍🏼

Mate of mine had probably his best season ever on the bait 2 years ago but was then offered a better deal (due in no small part to the results of the previous year) but he still moved to a new firm. Us anglers are a funny bunch!

Likewise a couple of mates of mine used it but they stuck with it. They used the tuna bait and caught no end on it. Not used it myself.

I mean he's not wrong, Urbans recipe is or at least used to be very high in bread, but if I'd said that the little pretend profile would of passed a kidney stone and told me how awful I was lol

I was once told the baits contained a level of porridge oats.
Never heard of this as a bait ingredient though.

I have used finely ground Porridge oats, bit glutenish, slight binding effect in moderation, extra flavour leakage.
Can be useful in a bait, high in fibre, passes through them quick.

Vitalim is so versitile, I ball it up with 22 mm halibut pellets in and other bits freeze and put out in the baiting spoon around my pike floats, they float for a bit then sink, caught lots of pike with a ball of vitamin in there gob,
