taking trakker out the equation what chairs are available,comfy with arms,reclining would be beneficial but not essential.
reason for not wanting trakker is I've had one my lad uses (age 12) snap on the welds and the poor sod went flying. cheap aluminium welded when wet a welder has told me. he's used it with be about half a dozen times over 2 years.

Going for the fox duralite xl, i consider it rather comfy (and light). But having sat in the solar one suggested before me, it's clear that the solar is way more comfortable.

Yes dont need it for ages. Ive only been fishing once in the last year so know hurry. If im honest i dont need it but will be nice to sit on in the garden with a beer.

I have the fox durolite don't find it comfortable for hours carp fishing it be ok on short sessions on river as it's so light to move about so thinking of the solar low recliner feedback please

It is and no dead legs or arse after an hour sat on it,that little lumbar support is a brilliant idea too.The little bag comes in very handy and at night can clip it to your solar bedchair

I've been following this thread with interest . I have had for many years a JRC x-lite recliner and was thinking of upgrading . I was thinking of the fox duralite but it seems that the solar sp is the way to go . It's a little heavier than what I'd probably look at but seems when you weigh it up against the comfort factor , might be worth the little extra weight - I'm not getting any younger 🤣 . As I haven't got my JRC to hand I was wondering how the seat height of the solar sp low compares if anyone can help please.

Im 6'3 and its not to low for me. The back is high enough to rest my head against as well when i lay back so its the perfect size 👍🏻

I have the fox duralite it's very light but it's small and front legs don't adjust high enough if on slope I always feel I am leaning forward I've put wood under front legs to make it lean back I got the solar the other day used it the other night different world the back could be a bit higher but then it might not fit my brolly

Amazon, but there now £120 so i timed it just right. Been sat in the garden on it today and the lumbar support makes a brilliant pillow when its reclined.

I just picked up an advanta CCX recliner chair , with arms. Very comfortable, well worth a look, touch heavy compared to tracker one but hopefully won't fall to bits like one 😂😂

Another vote for the solar sp c tech . Using it today for the first time in the low version . It adjusts to a good height if needed and is extremely well made and comfortable. Incidentally, I'm using it without the lumbar pad which seems comfy . I finally decided to get the solar which was a couple of kilos heavier over perhaps a lighter chair as I'm not getting any younger 🤣 so glad I did . If I wanted to be really picky the back rest could do with being 3-4 inch's higher but this isn't really a problem.

Just taken delivery of a Sonik SK-TEK recliner armchair and it is seriously comfy. £69.99 off of Ebay.

Got the high version. Very comfy and pleased with it. One issue. The material it's covered with soaks up any moisture, rain, dew and mist like blotting paper and takes an age to dry.

Is it the Dpm one made from like a nylon with fleece in middle I looked at it but didn't buy as the material makes a lot of heat ok in winter but sweat like a pig in hot weather I got the solar low chair brilliant chair very comfortable and cool
