I currently have a ss4 5 season and a oval v2 but not happy with either
The Nash I like the bag and pack down size but it's so hard around the lumbar support area even with cords loose that my back and shoulder hurt sleeping in it
Oval v2..quite bulky and does not lay flat on barrow.. Also might sound strange but the bag is very long head end and I hate face being covered during night
A mate has the benchmark 4 season system and says it hard but really comfy....anyone got feedback?
Recommdations on others which are comfy and not to bulky and fleeced lined

I have the Avid with a cotswold outdoor SIM permanently left between the mattress and the support material.
And it's the best bed I've had without being too bulky heavy. Not the warmest but a cover solves that.
Had some problems with the legs slipping but I cut shallow grooves in the legs, for the locking plate to grip. Think they've sorted this issue out now.
I also got rid of the trakker oval.
I have the Avid with a cotswold outdoor SIM permanently left between the mattress and the support material.

Do yourself a favour and get a self inflatable mattress will Change the comfort of the bedchair . I use 2 off the navaris inflatable sleeping mattress of Amazon £16.99 each and they make a hell of a difference to comfort having them on the bedchair underneath the zip on sleeping bag on my mk2 flatliner 6 leg bedchair

The legs on mine slipped for while when i first got it now they are all fine. Its very comfortable I use mine without a sim and its been fine.

Nash Beds are very decent maded but i cant lay on the Memory foam matrass for 2 min
Solar top beds ( CH08 is 2d Air-pocket matras, Sp range is 3D Air-pocket matras )
Trakker oval is high density foam i have this one now very happy with it
I found Avid/Fox Duralite of less quality than these 3

Try a SIM on the Nash bedchair.......should be good then......

I have the Benchmark X and I really like it as a bed. I'm not keen on the fleece lining, but hey-ho, that's how most SS are. The X is very big and can be awkward to manoeuvre about, but once it's up is very nice to sleep on. I've tightened up the bungees twice, to firm it up. I've slept under the top layer a few times until I got cold one night, then just got under both layers and was warm enough. I like covers around my head and with both layers, that's what you get. The top layer is shorter, so it's not around your head at all. Not had any problems with feet slipping and it looks generally well made. If only they made it with a Nylon lining, it would be perfect for me. I've slept on SIMs when I did a lot of hillwalking, expensive Exped ones. I'm not sure how much better a SS would be with one TBH. The Avid seems fine as it is.
I've not used any other SS, so can't comment on them.

I went for the benchmark lite, and I can't fault it.
Recently like a tosser I did a couple of nights under my fast and light when the temps dropped but sleeping in a thermal under suit the single layer cover was enough for me to stay warm and comfortable

I've had a trakker oval and didn't like it but the new Nash beds are superb. I have the ss5 and I really rate it

I have put an inflatable mattress on the Nash, it's improves a little but still back doesn't like the lumbar support area

Try the one I've mentioned from Amazon yes you have to inflate it yourself. It doesn't take much to inflate it . It's not self inflating but trust me it's thicker than a self inflating mattress . I've tried so many different bedchairs over the years and wasted so much money buying and selling them and found none any more comfortable than the other currently have the mk2 flatliner sleep system but having these inflatable mattress on top of the bedchairs allows me to do nights in comfort without waking up with back ache as without the inflatable mattress on the bedchair . I wouldn't be able to do nights as laying directly on the bedchair it's just to uncomfortable

I've brought the avid haha!,
I'm quite impressed, does not have the quailty feel as the oval v2 but is very comfy and lighter...wouldn't class as 5 season but nothing a thermal cover wouldn't fix
