Asking a favour for a good friend of mine, him and his wife are looking to buy a house in the Northwich near Chester region and being a very keen angler wants to join a good club or syndicate in the area.Being the same age as me he has been a very keen angler for over 45 years. He has lived in the Darenth valley for the last 20 odd years at least and been a member of DDAPS fishing Sutton, Devon road for many years.
Any help would be appreciated, PM if preferred.

I have heard its not as high as that and they do have a lot of members for the rivers and fly fishing

I ways thought it was 8-9k but got told this weekend it's now closer to 11k ..which ever number it is there's no denying the banks are busy.

Too many to list really to name a few Dovemere,Sandmere,Gailey reservoir,Thorney croft and one might do a few days on is densy meadows I think its called just up the a50 towards Lichfield

Yeah, likewise, sorry for going off on tangents. To get it back on track (hopefully), there's also Stoke-on-Trent AS. Syndicates few and far between in this neck of the woods, there's Commonwood in Wrexham, but some people don't like that (I've never been so can't comment). There's also Blakemere on the Shropshire/Cheshire border, was day ticket but just been sold, so who knows what that will change into.

I mainly fish through the week so not to bad. Litter can be a pain in the arse and ****ing in the car park with a portable toilet 20 yards away.

Getting info off the locals is the best idea. I'm thinking of joining Winsford and went around their waters last week, there was helpful guys on every lake who gave me the lowdown.
