Hi

im looking for a rucksack/carryall and 3 setup rod bag my budget is around 100 pound each

its has to be big enough to carry the kitchen sink

Thank you lads I'm thinking on going with the compact rucksack or the xl carryall what modular bits can I attach to the rucksack

Would be really great if I could see some of your pictures of your own speero bits instead of stock photos

I would say the compact,I have had both and the compact is a perfect size.I use it for day sessions then if need anything extra for longer sessions just clip on one of the bags.I found the normal rucksack too big and was carrying stuff on days I did not need

Must admit the Speero gear is superb, I have sold nearly all my Cotswold gear and moved over to it

I agree its nice stuff the speero, but CA is also good stuff. I actually prefer the CA stuff but its just my opinion and that is just the bits i have used, love the rod bags especially the 3 rod ones. I dont think there rucksacks are particularly comfortable according to those on here but ive never owned the CA ones. Personally i use a selection of different brands whatever suits the purpose best and it works thankfully i dont need all of it to be the same mmanufacturer and i sympathise with those of you that do .

From what I have been told,yes it is happening around June time but I suppose that could change

Always used cotswold luggage but sold it all and moved to speero. The speero gear is made from the exact same material as ive had them side by side. The speero stuff is just as well made but better thought out in my opinion and miles cheaper. The coltswold rucksacks are really uncomfortable. The compact rucksack is the perfect size. I still use a cotswold rod holdall though as still rate there rod holdalls as the best there is. Hopefully speero will bring one out the same. I wouldn't buy any other luggage now.

I bought the full size quiver but when the brought the compact out I tried that and it suited better,no other reason than the compact wasn't out when I bought the full size one.

New spod rod and reel,I bought it last month but got took off me for my birthday and a speero snood

Been looking at this range with interest for a while. Took plunge and got the rucksack,clip on coolbag and medium coolbag coming tomorrow.

I can't recommend the Carp Porter carryall highly enough. Don't know if it's 4 or 5 seasons I've had my one now, either way, it's been ragged and dragged over concrete, thrown about, loaded to the brim. Not had a zip go on it, fantastic. The only thing that's mashed up is one mesh thingy on a side pouch where I burnt it, other than that...it's the one.

I see myself ending up there soon enough , i could probably kit out a platoon with the amount of rucksacks and bags I keep swapping in and out of different set ups. I cant deny the happiness a perfect matching luggage set would give me forever
